Senior cornerback Randy Bundy stood near midfield, begging the offense to try to beat him deep. Junior tailback Marshawn Lynch sprinted down the field to congratulate redshirt freshman Bryan Schutte after he scampered for a big gain. It's to that point in training camp when the friendly rivalry starts developing between the offense and defense. It was never more obvious than at Monday's afternoon practice as players from both sides of the ball spent a lot of time chirping at one another.
