Seattle Times: Oregon at California

Here is the link.

“Much was made about the Bears infusing some of the newest offensive trend, the spread-option, into their 2006 attack, but it was more smoke than fire. "They're using the shotgun with their quarterback," said Oregon coach Mike Bellotti, who has bought into the offense with both feet. "But it's not the spread-option per se. It's probably 95 percent of what they've done for years at Cal." These are the two highest-scoring teams in the league. The Bears have run off four straight games of 40-plus points. The team that runs the ball most consistently here probably wins. The Bears (4-1) feature Marshawn Lynch and Justin Forsett, Oregon (4-0) Jonathan Stewart and Jeremiah Johnson.”
