Scout.com debuts National Top 100 for Class of 2008

It is mid-April and time for the first edition of the Scout.com National Top 100. Who is rated as the top prospect in the land? Quarterback Terrelle Pryor (Jeanette, Pa.), running back Darrell Scott (Ventura, Calif.), wide receivers Julio Jones (Foley, Ala.) and A.J. Green (Summerville, S.C.), offensive tackle Matt Kalil (Anaheim, Calif.), safety Will Hill (Jersey City, N.J.), and linebacker Jon Major (Parker, Co.) were all considered for top prospect honors.
