Bears host Final Spring Practice on Saturday, April 17 at Noon

(No news today, but fans should plan on attending the Spring Practice on April 17th!  Much more intimate that the Fan Appreciation Day in August, which used to be a cozy gathering of diehard fans but has turned into a bandwagon express, with people who never attended a game while we had real grass)

Cal football’s four-week spring practice and training sessions will culminate in the Blue-Gold Spring Game Saturday, April 17 at 12:00 noon in Memorial Stadium. The annual event features a "situational scrimmage," and previews the exciting season ahead for the Golden Bears in 2004.

Admission is free, and head coach Jeff Tedford and the team welcome all fans to enjoy a fun afternoon with Cal football.

Free food from West Coast Pizza and Baja Fresh will be provided to the first 1,000 fans at the Spring Game, and will be served inside Memorial Stadium. Complimentary food will be made available to the first 1,000 fans in attendance, or while supplies last.
