SPRING GAME ON APRIL 23rd

Catch the Golden Bears in action, when the annual Cal Football Spring Game is held on Saturday, April 23. Memorial Stadium gates open at 11:30am, and all fans are welcome to attend this FREE event! The day will feature Coach Tedford and the 2005 team in a controlled scrimmage, with offense vs. defense, special teams play, player drills, and an afternoon filled with Cal Spirit.Stadium concession stands will be open, where fans can purchase Subway sandwiches and plenty of other tasty food and beverage options. Limited parking will be available for $10 near Memorial Stadium (Kleeberger, Bowles, Prospect, Foothill, and Upper Hearst lots), and fans are encouraged to arrive early.At the event, one lucky fan will WIN A TRIP for two to Los Angeles to see CAL vs. UCLA at the Rose Bowl on October 8, 2005. Must be present to enter and win, and the contest winner will be announced near the conclusion of the spring game. In addition, fans in attendance will receive a complimentary appetizer card, courtesy of Pyramid Alehouse (while supplies last). Later that day, Cal Athletics hosts a variety of other great events on campus!
