22. California (9-4): Embattled QB Nate Longshore is gone, but that might be addition by subtraction. Cal will rely on one of the strongest running games in the country, led by Jahvid Best.
List is silly cos Oregon State doesn't even get an honorable mention. Rodgers was ridiculous as a true freshman--actually, both Rodgers were. The top 4 in the Pac-10 are going to be really tight, and especially so if Sanchez goes pro (here's hoping!).
Cal finished 26 AP/25 USA Today. Quarterback play (obviously) is going to be the decider as to whether or not the Bears can move up to #2 in the conference. My first instinct is that Riley will never recover from the concussion.
